Refund Policy

Returns:

No returns on hair extensions, closures, or frontals so please make sure that you select the right lengths and/or pattern, unless there was a mistake on our end for example: wrong length, and/or pattern and you must report it within 24 hours of receiving the hair. Hair must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions/Non-returnable items: 

Due to federal law we cannot accept used or worn hair and we adhere to those strict policies.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on accessories, sale items or gift cards.


Refunds: 

No refunds after hair has been shipped out. Any request for a refund after 24 hours of purchase will result in a 25% restocking fee. Once your refund is approved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your card.
